代名詞・指示語・数量指定
this/that/these/those, one/ones, each/every/another など。
指示先の特定と数・一致をミスしない。
⚠️ひっかけ注意 — よくある失点パターン
- this/that を「前文全体」の指示に単独で乱用しない → this issue/that decision など名詞で具体化。
- these kind は誤り → these kinds / this kind of + 単数名詞。
- one/ones は名詞だけを置換し、形容詞・所有格は保持(the red one / your newer ones)。
- each と every:every of は不可(✕ every of the ~ → ○ each of the ~ / every ~)。
- either/neither は原則単数動詞。both は複数動詞。
- another は単数可算名詞と使う(another hour)。複数は another two hours のように数詞を間に入れる。
- others と the others の区別:残り全員が確定していれば the others、漠然と複数なら others。
- 代名詞 it/one/that の混同に注意:it は既知の同一物、one は同種別の別個体、that は対比・距離感。
