Route A. Harbor Hotel ↔ Convention Center West Gate. Bus every 15 minutes from 6:30 to 8:30 a.m. Every 20 minutes from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Every 30 minutes from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Every 20 minutes from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. Typical travel time is about 12 minutes. West Gate is a short walk to the North Lobby. Route B. Cityline Hotel Cluster ↔ Convention Center East Gate. Roadwork near the West Gate changes the drop-off. Buses use the East Gate only. Allow about 18 minutes for travel and 5 minutes to walk from the East Gate to the North Lobby. First departures. Route A starts at 6:30 a.m. from Harbor Hotel. Route B starts at 6:40 a.m. from Cityline. Last departures from the Convention Center to the hotels leave at 6:45 p.m.

Pre-registration opens on Nov 1 at 10:00 a.m. JST. It closes at 6:00 p.m. on the day before each session. For Day 2 sessions on Nov 12, the deadline is Nov 11 at 6:00 p.m. Check-in cut-off at the door is 10 minutes before the session start. At T-10, any unclaimed pre-registered seats are released to the waitlist. The waitlist line is formed at the room entrance and is processed in order beginning 8 minutes before the start. Late arrivals. Workshop doors close 5 minutes after the start. Keynote doors remain open and seat late arrivals at the back. One QR code admits one person. Photo ID may be requested. Two missed pre-registered check-ins pause pre-registration privileges for the rest of the day.
