We are pleased to announce updates to the company health insurance plans for the 2026 coverage year. Starting this year, you may choose between three tiers: Basic, Standard, and Premium. The Basic Plan remains fully covered by the company and includes standard medical and dental services.
The Standard Plan, which requires a small monthly employee contribution, adds vision coverage and reduced co-pays for specialist visits. The Premium Plan offers the most comprehensive benefits, including global emergency coverage and a private hospital room option.
Enrollment for 2026 coverage will be open from October 10 to October 24, 2025. All employees must log in to the HR portal to confirm or update their selection, even if they are keeping the same plan. Failure to enroll will result in automatic placement in the Basic Plan.
A virtual Q&A session will be held on October 8, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. to address any questions. The session link will be sent via a calendar invite by October 6, 2025.
